He's very upset. After a grueling 4 hour scholo run, he seems to have not received his loot.....:(

It was a nine man party, 4 of us pretty strong, and the group balance we nice. Took just over an hour to get the freaking people up there, then about 3 hours for a full fun out of scholo. Painful drops, numerous doubles, one piece of junk blue cloth dropped twice right in a row!! no one wanted either of them.

We get to Ras, and drop her, 8 people now as one of the hunters had to go. The death clutch shoulders dropped, I was the only druid and took them as my blue. They are actually a long term keeper for me, a set I never really thought I'd land. The int/sta is the same as my eagle but -1 sta. Plus it adds a nice spi/str buff, along with a solid more armor count.

I won the roll, as no one rolled against me, everyone gathered up and the mage gave us a port back. When I went to redo my wardrobe, ? where's my shoulders?. Not in my inventrory. I scrolled back and there it was, You won Death's Clutch...

I scrolled down, nowhere did it say I recived the shoulders? Only thing I can think is I ported out to fast? I really doubt that, how could it, there was plenty of time with the party breaking up, private tells of gj and such.

My toon is in mental anguish, it's so hard for him to find that kind of time, heck he pushed till 4am so as not to leave the group hanging without the primary healer, to have this smack him. I certainly hope my please fall on gentle ears.

I can tell you this, I'll never leave a battle like that again unless I see the item in my bag.

Did you check your backpack. I lost a drop once because my pack was full and some dipstick thought it would be cool to loot and dance about it right in front of me. I have yet to let that happen again.

I use the Telo add-on that gives you a nice visual bar with how much bag-space you have left (number of slots on one side and the number of full on the other with a color bar to represent the percent full).

Contact a GM. They will restore a limited number of items.

For example, a Guildie accidentally sold a blue weapon for which he had paid 150G. He explained the situation to a GM and within 8 hours it was restored with a message that they would restore a limited number of items per character and he should be more careful in the future.

I bet a GM could get you back your armor especially if you were able to provide the approximate time you were awarded the shoulders. They probably have logs for every character.

Good luck!

Yes they do. I was having trouble with a quest item once and a GM was assisting me about the issue for 30 minutes. He could tell me everything I had in my pack if I'd ever had the item at all.
