So, I log in all excited about battlegrounds only to find that the patch made my much beloved Cenarion bracers almost useless...they now increase healing spells by "up to 6." Hurrah...

I dug out my cyclone spaulders or whatever they're called and they now only increase healing effects by up to 13. Did Blizzard cut all those items down from helping out by 30-45 to a mere 5-15 or something?
