does any1 know where i can download a free thingy that can convert the .tga images from the wow screenshot folder to .png, .jpg or other more flexible formats?

i swore in beta they said there would be a way to change the default image type the game would save screenshots as, looks like they scrapped that and TGA is it.

azi is right, infranview works well, as does imagemagik (i think thats the name of it).

Irfanview is what I use.

is there any program which will convert a whole load en masse into .jpg's ?

cos jpg's are easy to surf thru, whereas tga's i have to open in phtoshop..

I haven't tried those others, but ImageMagick (http://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php) has a command-line utility which can be used for batch image conversion.
