Is it worth winning 2 BG a day to keep honor up?


It really is a SWEET feral set.
2: +15 Stamina.
3: Increases your movement speed by 15% while in Bear, Cat, or Travel Form. Only active outdoors.
6: +40 Attack Power.


The extra 15% speed is great becuase with the 30% from feline swiftness its 45% now. Get minor speed increase on your boots and you can go as fast as a cheap mount!

considering the amount of time and energy required to attain field marshal, i don't think anybody who'd come that far would be content to stop there and just maintain their rank. also, the speed bonus that accompanies 4 pieces of the lieutenant commander's set does not work, so i would not be surprised if this bonus is broken as well.

My understanding is they fixed the speed bonus in the last patch. Also, it does NOT stack with Feline Swiftness. Likewise the passive effect on the AB Defiler's Lizardhide Boots, Equip: Run speed increased slightly, does not stack with Enchant Boots - Minor Speed.

I thought I remember reading someplace that they were looking into making the ability to wear the equipment relative to your highest attained rank and not your current rank. Meaning if you ever could wear it you always could wear it.

yeah, they have already made that change nyte, but i don't think anyone who got as far as field marshal would be content until they became grand marshal.

as for the speed bonus from the pvp sets, i don't have 4 pieces myself so i wouldn't know personally, but the other druid in my guild has all 6 pieces of the tier 1 pvp set (superior, not epic) which also has a speed bonus at 4. He has had them for months now. he still says the speed bonus is broken, for whatever that is worth.

I agree, I just meant that you wouldn't HAVE to keep doing the 2BG a day. Of course by that time I doubt it would even be about getting the rank or equipment. Just enjoy playing more against live opponents than AI ones.
