Re: When is it even going to be too much for Fox?

Apparently even Fox News has its limits. You know you're a conservative nutjob when Fox News considers you too extreme to broadcast. He'll be back in time for the 2012 elections (How long he lasts after the elections is anyones guess though). Fox "News" is an opportunistic capitalist corp...

Re: Fox news through history

I was lauphing until I realized, this is the kind of crap they put on the TV now, it lost all its humor then. I guess its true that you can "put a 'spin' on anything." Kinda how you watch "Thank you for Smoking" and lauph and have a great time throughout the movie, only to realiz...

Re: Republicans tax plan

Guess what else California is doing? They are putting up speed traps with cameras on all the freeways now. With no media coverage. I wont say secretly, because they are just right there out in the open for all to see. But surreptitiously, ya. They are spending hard earned money, your money, now. On...

Re: Republicans tax plan

Men are, by nature, more likely than women to get promotions and higher pay. But the question the lawsuit is asking is why? Because they're men. A man's hormone levels and brain structure, on top of social pressure, makes it far more likely for him to be competitive and to demand raises and promoti...

Re: Republicans tax plan

Punitive damages are above compensatory damages. Compensatory damages are repayment of the harm. What logic is there is awarding an extra amount to the plaintiffs after they have already been repaid for what they lost? To discourage the practice from happening again. Punitive damages are a poor mot...

Re: Republicans tax plan

What makes you think Wal-Mart did anything wrong, let alone anything malicious? Systamatically keeping womens wages lower than mens and promoting men over women because of gender is ILLIGAL (i.e. criminal). Thats what I think they did that was malicious. But what I think doesn't matter, its what ca...

Re: Republicans tax plan

I know you don't like the idea of citizens taking the law into there own hands, but thats exactly where it should be IMHO. What? You don't like it, but you think that's how it should be? Financial vigilantism is just as bad as physical vigilantism. Did you mean? "What, You like it, but you thi...

Re: Best duo with druid?

I'm looking to 2-box another char and was wondering what the best duo would be with my druid. Basically I'm looking to be able to do the most lvl 90 group content/nameds and progress through old raid bosses with just 2 chars and 2 mercs. One thing that I'm certain about is picking a class that can ...

Re: Republicans tax plan

It never worked. It's a lawyer stimulus program, just as the "war on drugs" never worked and was always a prosecution/prison industry stimulus program. At least we agree that "The war on drugs" never worked. Completely different reason than you, but epic failure it is. Other dev...

Re: Republicans tax plan

There is no good answer for that, which is why California and many other states have adopted laws forcing punitive damages to be redirected to the State instead of being given as a windfall to lawyers and random stupid people. That's no different than Texas (or many other states) who cap Punitive D...
