Patch 4.0.3a, and the shattering went live on Tuesday! This update includes major changes to Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms, new class and race combinations, and other changes. Druids had a talent reset with this patch.

I gave EQMac a whirl myself a while back. Not quite as classic as the original game -- it has expansions up to PoP -- but still was very nostalgic (and reminded me how tedious original EQ was ). The community was nice; small but friendly.

I think that may be due to size limit; I increased that a bit. GIFs seem to work though.
