SOE is changing the way Test Server works to get more people onto it for testing. They will be temporarily disabling /testcopy (edit: /testcopy has apparently been disabled for a while), allowing Test Server players to transfer off the server, and then re-enabling /testcopy in a less limited fashion. After it's re-enabled, /testcopy will allow full gear and platinum to transfer over to Test.

Just my personal opinion as a long-time Test player... while I'm sure it's a long-overdue change needed for better testing given the decreasing population of Test Server, it's still rather sad to see.
