Hello, I'm a bit of newb and have some questions about stats. I'm on a free account so my max level is 20.

Does 1str = 2ap in both Cat and Bear form? (its very unclear on wowwiki).

As of 4.2, it's 1ap per point of strength.

Druids now gain 1 attack power per point of Strength, down from 2. They continue to gain 2 attack power per point of Agility while in Cat Form or Bear Form.
